These terms cover your use of lexingtonsocial.com and your registration for any Lexington Sports & Social Club league, event or program. By creating an account or registering, you agree to them.
Your account
- Use your own name and an email address you check. You sign in with a link sent to that email or with your password.
- Keep your account to yourself. You are responsible for registrations made from it.
- Players must meet any age requirement a league lists.
Registration and payment
- A spot is held once registration is complete and, for paid leagues, payment has gone through. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
- Prices, deadlines, venues and schedules are shown on each league's page. We may change a schedule, venue or time when weather, venue availability or the number of teams requires it, and we will post the change on the site.
- Account credit from the club can be used toward a future registration. Credit has no cash value unless the refund policy says otherwise.
Refunds
Refunds follow the club’s refund policy, which applies to every registration.
The player waiver
Every player accepts the player waiver when they sign up. Playing sports carries a risk of injury, and the waiver explains what you agree to.
Conduct
Play fair, follow the referees and the league rules, and treat players, staff, referees and venues with respect. The club may remove a player or team from a game, a season or future leagues for unsafe or abusive behavior, and may refuse a registration from someone who has been removed.
Your information
How we collect and use your information is in the privacy policy.
The website
- We work to keep the site accurate and available, but schedules, scores and standings can change and the site may sometimes be down.
- Do not misuse the site, try to reach other people's accounts, or copy the site's content for commercial use.
- We may update these terms. The date below shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept the update.
